A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
WAND DIRECTING THE' RECORDATION 'THEREOF,
The City.Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1, The interest.conveyed by that certain Instrument
executed by Los"Angeles County Tax Collect06nder date of August 26, 1966.
granti_ng,to the City of West Covina the property or interest therein
particularly described for slope purposes
to be known 'as a slope easement
is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as a portion
of.The Rancho La Puente known as the John Reed Tract
SECTION 2, The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
Instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of the Courity of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
