RESOLUTION NO. 3452
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING THE REIMBURSEMENT OF
CERTAIN EXPENSES INCURRED BY CITY EMPLOYEES.
The City Council of the City of 'West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. Subject to the written approval of the City
Manager or prior approval of the City Council, the employees of the
City shall be reimbursed by the City upon presentation of an item-
ized statement therefor, for all necessary and reasonable travel
and other expenses incurred by them in the performance of their
duties at the following rates:
Automobile mileage at .08 per mile.
Public conveyance, meals, lodging and related
incidental items at actual cost.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
Adopted and approved this 22nd,/ay of August ,,1966.
