A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA CONFIRMING THE REPORT OF THE STREET SUPERIN-
TENDENT FOR CONSTRUCTION DONE PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION
• NO. 33102 1779 SOUTH SUNSET AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Covina
by Resolution No. 3310 directed certain constructions to be
done, all as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, subsequently thereto the Street Superintendent
filed a report of -the costs for the doing of said work; and
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of August, 1966, the City Council
of the City of West Covina held a hearing to pass upon said
report; and
WHEREAS; said hearing now has been concluded, and no
protests or objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
• SECTION 1. That said report as filed hereby is confirmed.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk-shall.certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
