A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING THE'RECORDATION THEREOF, -.
The City.Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
SECTION 1,` The interest
..conveyed by that 'certain Instrument
executed by Los Angeles County Tax Collectorunder date of August 1, 1966
granting,to the. City of West Covina the property or interest therein
particularly described for, 5ttregt and Highway purposes
to be known 'as p r el- T)Yarnell Street (Pare -el 2) Rani l in S rt-et-,
is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as (Parcel 1) A
sub -
portion of Lot 10.0 of E.J.Baldwin's 2nd division. (Parcel 2) A portion of
Rancho La Puente known as the John Reed Tract.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
Instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
