,A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING TITE' RECORDATION THEREOF,
The City .Council of the City of West Covina'does resolve as
SECTION 1, The interest..conveyed by that'certain Instrument
executed by _Egdio and Mary Puppi under date of August, _16,_1966,
granting,to the.City o; West Covina the property or interest therein
particularly described for street and highway purposes
to be known 'as Nogales Street
is horeby accepted. Said property is generally described as a portion
of the Rancho La Puente allotted to Robert P. Rowland in partition suit in
Los Angeles County, Superior Court Case No. 5800.
SECTION 2, The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to'execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
• scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
Instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office of
d
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
