A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AWARD OF A
CONTRACT TO, COMMERCIAL LOT CLEANING, INC.
TO ABATE WEEDS AND RUBBISH ON PRIVATE PROPERTY
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF TITLE 4,
DIVISION 3, PART 2, CHAPTER 13, ARTICLE 2 OF
THE GOVERNMENT CODE.
THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That on the basis of their low bid Commercial Lot Cleaning, Inc.
be awarded the contract for weed abatement and rubbish removal
in accordance with the provisions and specifications as outlined
in the bid proposal; this work to be accomplished in accordance
with Weed District Map 1967 and completed to the satisfaction
of the Superintendent of Streets for the City of West Covina.
That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
Adopted and approved this 8th day of August , 1966.,
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of August , 1966,
by the following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen: Gillum, Snyder, Gleckman, Mayor Krieger
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: Nichols
