A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA CONFIRMING THE REPORT OF THE
STREET SUPERINTENDENT DATED AUGUST 2, 1966,
MADE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE
GOVERNMENT CODE CHAPTER 13, ARTICLE 2,
SECTIONS 39574 THROUGH 39576.5 LEVYING THE
ASSESSMENTS FOR THE WEED AND RUBBISH ABATE-
MENT FOR 1966
WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent's report for the Weed
and Rubbish Abatement throughout the City, pursuant to Resolution
No. 3227 was posted August 2nd, 1966, and
WHEREAS, all proceedings in connection therewith have
been in accordance with law, and
WHEREAS, at a public hearing on said report, which hearing
was held on August 8th, 1966, there were no objections, protests,
or appeals;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Street Superintendent's report
levying the assessments for the 1966 Weed and Rubbish be, and
• the same hereby is, confirmed and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Street Superintendent shall forth-
with attach a warrant, bearing the date of this order, to said
report.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adop-
ted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West
Covina held on the 8th day of August, 1966, by the affirmative vote
of at least three Councilmen, tour wit:

ABSENT: Councilman Nichols
