A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF,
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
SECTI,QN 1 The interest., conveyed by -that 'certain Instrument
executed by Bdward Jand Hazel F,Tyrxell under date of July 211966
granting,to the City of West Covina the property or interest therein
particularly described for street and highway purposes
to be known as Cameron Avenue
is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as a portion of
Lot 27 of Tract No. 930 in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 17, Pages 38 and 39, of
Maps on file in the office of the County Recorder of Said County.
SECTION 2, The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to 'execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
0 scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
Instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
