,A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING THE' RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City.Counci.l o.f the City of West Covina does resolve as
. follows:
SECTION liThe interest conveyed by that pertain Instrument
executed by The"County of Los Angeles under date of May 24,,_1966
granting,to the.City of.West Covina the property or interest therein
particularly described for Utility Easement Purposes
to be known as an underground utility Easement`
is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as a Portion of
Lot 133 of E.J. Baldwin's 4th subdivision as per map recorded in Book 8, page
186 of Maps on file in the office of The Los Angeles County Recorder.
SECTION 2, The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
ta'execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
0 scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
Instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
