A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE HUMAN
RELATIONS COMMISSION FOR THE YEAR 1966-67.
follows: The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby appoint Fred C.
Schrader, William G. Beem, Leroy Solder, John P. Overholt and Elaine
Mansell as members of the Human Relations Commission of the City of 'West
Covina for the term commencing July 1, 1966 and ending June 30, 1967.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and transmit a certified copy thereof to each of said
appointees.
Adopted and approved this llth c*y of July ,,1966.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of.West Covina at a regular
meeting thereof held on the llth day of July , 19660 by the
