RESOLUTION NO. 3415
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA DENYING VARIANCE. (Variance No. 590-
Pacific Screen & Door Co.)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The application of Pacific Screen and Door
Company for a variance to allow an outdoor home improvement dis-
play on property located at 1802 Puente Avenue and more partic-
ularly described in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1905
having been filed and duly heard by the Planning Commission after
proper notice, the Planning Commission having denied the said
variance, and the same having been appealed to the City Council,
after due notice and public hearing, the City Council finds that
facts do not exist justifying the granting of said variance and
that the same should be denied.
SECTION 2. The applicant having failed to establish
the facts and conditions required for the granting of a variance,
the said application for a variance is hereby denied.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof
to the applicant.
