A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA CONFIRMING THE REPORT OF THE STREET SUPERIN-
TENDENT FOR CONSTRUCTIONS TO BE DONE PURSUANT TO
RESOLUTION NO. 3330, 924 SOUTH MEEKER AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Covina by
Resolution No. 3330 directed certain constructions to be done, all as
set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, subsequently thereto the Street Superintendent filed
a report of the costs for the doing of said work; and
WHEREAS, on the llth day of July, 1966, the City Council of',
the City of West Covina held a hearing to pass upon said report; and
WHEREAS, said hearing now has been concluded.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That said report as filed hereby is confirmed.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
