RESOLUTION NO. 3411
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN EASE-
MENT CONSENT FOR WATER LINES AND APPUR-
TENANCES OVER OUR SEWER EASEMENT NEAR
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF CITRUS STREET AND
WORKMAN AVENUE IN FAVOR .OF THE CITY OF
COVINA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
West Covina be authorized to execute an easement consent, to
the owner or owners of Record, for the Grant of an easement
in favor of the City of Covina for water lines and appurtenances
over an existing City of West Covina sanitary sewer easement
• for that portion of Real Property in the City of West Covina,
County of Los Angeles, State of California described as follows;
An easement in, over, across and through the following
described real property together with the right of
ingress and egress, construction, repairing, replacing
and maintaining a water main and appurtenances therefor.
Parcel 1. The westerly 6.00 feet of the easterly 173.00
feet of the northerly 303.00 feet of Lot 1 in Block 27
of the Phillips Tract, in the Rancho La Puente, City of
West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 9, pages 3 and 4 of Maps in
the office of the County Recorder of said County.

Parcel 2. The southerly 15.00 feet of the northerly
318.00 feet of the easterly 367.00 feet of said Lot 1
as hereinbefcr e described.
Excepting therefrom any portion thereof lying within
public streets or highways.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
