A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF . '
The City.Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
SECTION 1i� The interest conveyed by -that "certain Instrument
executed by Mrs. Helen Elliott . under date o f June 21�, 1966
granting to the City of West Covina the property or interest the
particularly described for a Sanitary Sewer Easement
to be known'as a Sanitary Sewer Easement
is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as a Portion
of Lot 96 of'Tract No. 930 in the City of West Covina, County of
rn� Angeles State of California as per map recorded in Book 17,
pages 38 and 39 of Maps Records at said County.
SECTION 2, The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to 'execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
Instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the of
office
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
