A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING THF'RECORDATION THEREOF,
The City.Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION..1,The interest..conveyed by that 'certain Instrument
executed by _ -Albert Handler under date of June 23, 1966.
granting -to the.City of West Covina the property or interest therein
particularly describe.d for Street and Highway Purposes
to be known as Cameron Avenue and Azusa Avenue
is hereby accepted. Said propperty is generally described as A portion of
Lot 219 of E. J, Baldwin's Fifth Subdivision in the City of Wes-E Covina,
County of.Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 12,
pages 134 and 135 of Maps, records of Said county
SECTION 2, The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
Instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
