A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVIVA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING TIDE RECORDATION THEREOF'
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1, The interest.. conveyed by -that certain Instrument
Los Angeles County Flood
executed by Control District under date of June 14, 1966
granting to the.City of .West Covina the property or interest therein
particularly describe.d for street and highway purposes
to be known as Badillo Avenue and Vincent Avenue
is hereby accepted. Said property.is generally described as a portion of
Lot 27 of The W. R. Rowland Tract in the City of West Covina, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, as shown on map recorded in Book 42,
Page 45 of Miscellaneous Records of said County.
SECTION 2, The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to'execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
Instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
