A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
,AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain Instrument
executed by Pickering Enterprises, Inc. under date of June 23, 1966
granting to the City of West Covina the property or interest therein
particularly described for Municipal Fire Station No. 5
is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as Lot 29 of
Tract 27666 in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State o
California, as per map recorded in Book 703, Pages 64-70 inclusive, of
maps on file in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
• to,execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
Instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
