A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA DENYING PRECISE PLAN OF DESIGN NO.
485.(Anderson)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find and determine
that there was filed with the Planning Commission the application
of Ray Anderson requesting approval of a precise plan of design
upon property located at 112 Juniper Street, and more particularly
described in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1881; that a
hearing thereon was duly conducted by the Planning Commission and
that the Planning Commission granted said application; that the
matter was appealed to the City Council and that the City Council
has held a hearing thereon, and that proper and legal notice of
said hearings was duly given.
SECTION 2. Said precise plan of design upon said property
is hereby denied.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and.shall transmit a certified copy thereof to said
applicant.
Adopted and approved this 27th day of June , 1966.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 27th day of June , 19660 by
the following vote of the Counc :
