RESOLUTION NO. 3397
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA GRANTING A VARIANCE. (Variance No.
586 - Honeywell, Inc.)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. It is hereby found and determined that applica-
tion for a variance to waive a required wall in the I. P. Zone upon the
property located at 1200 East San Bernardino Road was duly made, that a
hearing thereon was duly held by the Planning Commission after legal
notice thereof, that the Planning Commission denied said variance by its
Resolution No. 1891, that said action was appealed to the City Council
and that the City Council has held a hearing thereon after legal notice
thereof.
SECTION 2. It is hereby found by the City Council that
facts exist justifying the granting of said variance subject to the
conditions hereinafter set forth.
SECTION 3. A variance is hereby granted to waive the
required wall along the common boundary line between the property of
applicant and that of Lark Ellen Towers; and a variance is granted to
waive the required wall along the remainder of the east line of.appli-
cant's property until such time as the City Council gives applicant notice
that the construction of such wall along the remainder of said east line
is required.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to applicant.
Adopted and approved this 27th day of June , 1966.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 27th day of June , 1966, by
the following vote of the Counc :
