A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING THE' RECORDATION THEREOF,'
The City .Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
SECTION l� The interest..conveyed by that 'certain Instrument
executed by First.Church of Christ Scientis�nder date of June l9, 1966
granting to the.Ci.ty of West Covina the property or interest therein
particularly described for, Street Purposes and Storm Drain Purposes
to be known as Merced Avenue, Leaf Avenue and two storm drain easements
is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as a portion
of Lots 272 and 284 of E. J. Baldwins Fifth Subdivision in the City of
West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 12, Pages 134 and 135 of Maps in the office of the
County Recorder of said County.
'SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
tq'executc a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
• scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
Instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
