A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF,
The City.Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1, The interest conveyed by that 'Certain Instrument
executed by _West Covina Unified School under date of May 24, 1966
District'
granting�to the. City oL V;est Covina the property or interest therein
particularly described for Street and Highway Purposes
to be known as Sunset Avenue
is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as a Portion of
the.Rancho La Puente in the City of West Covina County of Los Angeles State
of California as per map recorded in Book l Pages 43 and 44 of Patents
Records of said county.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
0 scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said

Instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
