RESOLUTION NO. 3388
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DEDICATING
CERTAIN CITY -OWNED PROPERTY TO PUBLIC STREET
PURPOSES AND ACCEPTING SAME AS A PUBLIC STREET
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows
SECTION 1. That certain City -owned property hereinafter
described is hereby dedicated to public street purposes as a portion of
Cameron Avenue and T,ark R1 len Avenue , to wit:
Being a portion of Lots 211 and 216 of E. J. Baldwin's Fifth Subdivision of
the Rancho La Puente, in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 12, Pages 134 and 135 of
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said county;
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 216 of said tract, thence
North 880-56'-00"-West 525.00 feet, thence North 10-04'-00"-East 10.00 feet,
thence South 880-56'-00"-East 490.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave to the Northwest and having a radius of 25.00 feet, thence
easterly and northerly along said curve through a central angle of
900-00'00" an arc length of 39.27 feet to the point of tangency with a
line parallel with and distant westerlyo 10.00 feet from the East line of
said Lots 211 and 216. Thence North 1-04'-00"-East 448.00 feet, thence
South 880-56'-00"-East 10.00 feet, thence South 10-04'-00"-West 483.00 feet
to the point of beginning,
for street and highway purposes to be known as Cameron Avenue and Lark Ellen
Avenue.
SECTION 2. Said property so described is hereby accepted
for public street purposes as a part of the City street system.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and cause the same to be filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
