RESOLUTION NO. 3386
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRU-
MENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain Instrument
executed by EGIDIO PUPPI & MARY PUPPI under date of May 25, 1966
granting to the City of West Covina the property or interest therein
particularly described for sewer easement purposes
to be known as a sewer easement
is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as a portion
of land in the Rancho La Puente allotted to Robert P. Rowland in Parti-
tion Suite Case 5800, Superior Court in the County of Los Angeles, State
of California '
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
0 scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
Instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
