WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT

The City.Councilof the City of West Covina does resolve as

SECTION I

is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as a Portion of
Lo.t.45 Tract 930 in the City of West Covina County of Los Angeles State of
California as per Map recorded in Book 17, Pages 38 and 39 of maps in the
office of the County Recorder of said county.
SECTION 2., The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
t9lpxecute a certifi' cate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
0 scribed by Section 27261 of the Government Code and to cause the said

the Q I ounty Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
