.A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST CO VINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF,
The City .Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as

SECTION. Lk The interest_ conveyed by -that 'certain Instrument
The,United California Bank, A Corporation
executed by _ Executor of the Estate under date of May 19, 1966
of Gratia Mowder
gr_anting,to the. City of'West Covina the property or interest therein
particularly described for Street and Highway Purposes
to be known as Hollenbeck Street `
is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as a Portion of
Lot._45 Tract 930 in the City of West Covina County of Los Angeles State of
California as per Map recorded in Book 17, Pages 38 and 39 of Maps in the
office of the County Recorder of said county.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
• scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
Instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
