RESOLUTION NO. 3371
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA GRANTING SLIGHT MODIFICATION NO. 43.
(Jay Construction Co.)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. It is hereby found and -determined that Slight
Modification No. 43 was duly applied for by Jay Construction Co. to
modify certain yard, set back and other requirements pertaining to
certain lots in Tract No. 29243, that a hearing thereon was duly held
by the Review Board after legal notice thereof, that on April 28, 1966,
the Review Board granted and approved said requested Slight Modifications
in part and subject to certain conditions; that said action was appealed
to the City Council, and that the City Council has held a.public hearing
thereon after legal notice thereof.
SECTION 2. It is hereby found by the City Council that
facts exist justifying the granting of the Slight Modifications granted
by the Review Board subject to the conditions imposed.
SECTION 3. Slight Modification No. 43 relating to certain
lots in Tract No. 29243 is hereby approved and granted to the extent
and subject to the conditions imposed by the Review Board, and the
decision of the Review Board is hereby adopted as the decision of the
City Council.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to the appli-
cant.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the.City Council of the City of West Covina at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 23rd day of May , 1966, by the
