RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
• COVINA ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL FOR EXPENDITURE OF
FUNDS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS
AND HIGHWAYS CODE
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the City and
the State of California on June 2, 1960, for the expenditure of the
engineering allocation to cities; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a Budget Proposal for
Engineering Funds showing estimated expenditures of such funds recom-
mended to be made during the 1966-67 fiscal year; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of West Covina that said budget proposal be and it is hereby adopted
as the budget of proposed expenditures of the engineering allocation
to cities, and said budget proposal be and the same is hereby approved
• and the City Engineer is directed to sign the same on behalf of said
City, said budget proposal to be binding upon the City upon its
approval by the authorized officials of the State.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall_ certify to
the adoption of this resolution.
Adopted and approved this 23rd day of May , 1966.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 23rd day of May 1966, by
the following vote of the Council:
