RESOLUTION NO. 3362
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA APPROVING PRECISE PLAN OF DESIGN NO.
486-Marion
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find and determine
that there was filed with the Planning Department the application of
Jack Marion requesting approval cif a precise plan of design upon
property located at 2117-2125 Garvey Avenue, that a hearing thereon
was duly conducted by the Planning Commission and that the Planning
Commission granted said application subject to certain conditions;
that the matter was appealed to the City Council and that the City
Council has held a hearing thereon, and that proper and legal notice
of said hearings was duly given.
SECTION 2. Said Precise Plan of Design No. 486 is hereby
approved, subject to the following conditions, violation of any of
which shall be grounds for revocation thereof, namely, all conditions
imposed by Planning Commission Resolution No. 1885, which is hereby
made a part hereof.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy to said
applicant.

meeting thereof held on the 9th day of May 1966,
