RESOLUTION NO. 3359
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A THREE -PARTY AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF POR-
TIONS OF AZUSA AVENUE WITH THE STATE DIVISION OF
HIGHWAYS IN THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find it in the
Public interest to execute a Tri-Party Agreement between this City, Los
Angeles County and the State Division of Highways for the construction
of Azusa Avenue at Walnut Creek Channel and between Francisquito Avenue
and Amar Road.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute said Agreement in the name of the City of West Covina.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
