A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA APPROVING A CERTAIN DIRECTION TO
PAY, RELEASE AND SAVE HARMLESS AGREEMENT.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby approve that
certain "Direction to Pay, Release and Save Harmless Agreement"
in the form submitted to the City by Occidental Life Insurance
Company of California pertaining to its Group Annuity Contract
No. 6378-N with the City of West Covina; and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for
and on behalf of the City of West Covina.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to
said Occidental Life Insurance Company of California.

adopted by the City Council of.the City of West Covina at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 25th day of April , 1966,
