A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA DESIGNATING ALTERNATE MEMBER
TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION
DISTRICTS NOS. 152 21 AND 22
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows-,
SECTION 1. That Dr. Norman G. Snyder, a member of
the City Council of the City of West Covina, be and he is
hereby designated and selected as an alternate member of the
Board of Directors of County Sanitation Districts Nos. 15, 21
and 22 of Los Angeles County, who shall be a member of said
District Boards to act in the place of the presiding officer
of the City Council during his absence, inability or refusal
to act as such member of said Boards of Directors.
SECTION 2. All resolutions inconsistent herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this resolution and shall send a certified copy thereof
to the Secretary of the Board of Directors, Los Angeles County
Sanitation Districts, Los Angeles, California.
