A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A BLANKET COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR WORK ON STATE
HIGHWAYS WITH THE STATE DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find that as requested
by the State Division of Highways a Blanket Cooperative Agreement for work
on State Highways should be executed between the City of West Covina and
said State Division of Highways to cover construction work done by parties
other than the State and/or to provide the City with matching fund credits
in connection with the use of 186.1 monies.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute said Agreement in the name of the City of West Covina.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
