A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND ,DIRECTING THE. RECORDATION THEP.EOF,
The City.Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECT ON 1� The interest..conveyed by that certain Instrument
JOSEPH K. EICHENBAUM AND
executed by _BEN WEINGART under `date of March 21, 1966
granting -to the. City a V7est Covina the property or interest therein
particularly described for, storm drain purpose
to be known,as a Storm Drain Easement
is horeby accepted. Said property is generally described as a portion of
of Lots 5 & 6, Block 25, of the Phillips Tract in the City of West Covina,
Count of'Los'Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 9,
Pages 3 and 4 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of sai County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to,execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
Instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
