RESOLUTION NO. 3341
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF
RESOLUTION NO. 1277 RELATING TO VACATIONS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of Subsection (a) of
Section 12 of Resolution No. 12?7, adopted the 28th day of
January, 1958, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(a) Effective as of January 1, 1963, each full-time
employee of the City shall accrue vacation leave with pay at the
rate of 5/6 of a working day per month for each month of service
with the City up to and including 108 months of service and at
the rate of 1 1/4 days per month for each month of service with
the City in excess of 108 months."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
Adopted and approved this 28th day of March , 1966.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of March ,
1966, by the following vote of the Counc :
