A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION 'THEREOF'
The City.Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
• follows r
SECTI9N.1: The interest conveyed by that certain Instrument
executed by HOME SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION under date of March 11, 1966
granting to the.City of West Covina the property or interest therein
particularly described for drainage purposes
to be known 'as Drainage Easement
is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as a portion
of Lot 10, Tract No. 517 of The Rancho La Puente in the City of West
Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded.
in Book 17, Page 16 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of
said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
t.'execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
Instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution,
