RESOLUTION NO. 3335
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CERTAIN
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 1964
STORM DRAIN BOND ISSUE PROJECT 8401, UNIT 1,
LINE A AND LINE B, IN THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, AND AUTHORIZING USE OF PUBLIC
STREETS FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF
FACILITIES.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. That those certain specifications entitled
West Covina Project No. 8401, Unit 1, Lines A and B, in the City
of West Covina and the County of Los Angeles hereto attached and
by this reference herein incorporated, be and the same are hereby
adopted and approved, and the Los Angeles County Flood Control
District be and it is hereby authorized to proceed with the con-
struction therein described, permission being granted hereby to
use and occupy the public streets of the City of West Covina to
construct, operate and maintain the installations as and to the
extent set forth in said specifications. The Engineering Depart-
ment is hereby authorized and empowered to issue to said District
any necessary permits for construction of said drain according to
said specifications.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
