WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF,

follows I
SECTION 1, The i-nterest,cdnveyed by -that certain Instrument

'SECTION 2., The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
