A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA
INSTRUCTING THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS OF SAID CITY TO
TAKE CERTAIN ACTION WITH RESPECT TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF
CURB, GUTTER, SIDEWALK, DRIVEWAY APPROACH AND STREET IMPROVE-
MENTS PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 5870 ET SEQ. OF THE STREETS AND
HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AT 924 SOUTH MEEKER
AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina hereby
finds, determines, and declares as follows:
(a) That on the 24th day of January, 1966, said Council adopted
Resolution No. 3309 directing the Street Superintendent to post notice
to cause certain construction to be done at 924 South Meeker Avenue,
and
(b) That pursuant to said resolution, a hearing was set for the
28th day of February, 1966.
(c) The said hearing was held on said date and no protests or
• objections were made.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby orders the work as described
in said Resolution No. 3309 to be performed in the manner and at the
times specified by said Sections 5870 et seq. of the Streets and High-
ways Code.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of February , 1966.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted at a
Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of West Covina held on
the 28th day of February , 1966, by the affirmative vote of at
least four councilmen, to wit:

NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: Snyder
