Resolution - 3326RESOLUTION NO. 3326 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA ESTABLISHING AN INSPECTION FEE SCHEDULE IN OCCORDANCE WITH CONDITION NO. 20 OF UNCLASSIFIED USE PERMIT NO. 71. The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. In accordance with Condition No. 20 imposed upon Unclassified Use Permit No. 71 by Resolution No. 2570, adopted by the City Council on February 25, 1963, the following inspection fee schedule is hereby established to cover the cost and expense of adequate inspections of the refuse disposal sites and operation by the City Engineer: The operator of any such site or sites shall deposit with the City Engineer the sum of $500.00 for the first year to cover inspection costs and expenses during said period. The actual costs and expenses of such inspections shall be charged against said deposit, and at the end of said year, and annually thereafter, the City Engineer may require additional deposits so as to annually restore such deposit to the sum of $500.00, and the costs and expenses of such ensuing years shall be charged against the said deposits. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution. Adopted and approved this 14th day of February , 1966.
