RESOLUTION NO. 2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA DENYING A REQUEST FOR A CHANGE OF ZONE.
( Zone Change No. 358- Calprop Investments, Inc. )
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. An application of Calprop Investments, Inc.
for change of zone to R-4 upon property located at 725 North Azusa
Avenue and more particularly described in Planning Commission -
Resolution No. 1848, having been duly heard by the Planning Commission
after proper notice, the Planning Commission having approved said
change of -zone, and the same having been forwarded to the City Council,
after due notice and public hearing, the City Council finds that the
public welfare does not require the said change of zone and that said
application should be denied.
SECTION 2. The application of Calprop Investments, Inc.
for Zone Change No. 358 relating to said property is hereby denied.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to said
applicant.
