RESOLUTION NO. 3323
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA DENYING A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE AND
A PRECISE PLAN OF DESIGN. (Calprop Investments,
Inc . )
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
SECTION 1. An application of Calprop Investments, Inc. for
a variance of set backs, unit size, parking requirements, etc. upon
property located at 725 North Azusa Avenue and for approval of a precise
plan upon said property, having been duly heard by the Planning Commission
after proper notice, and the Planning Commission having approved the same,
and the same having been appealed to the City Council, after due notice
and public hearing, the City Council finds that the said variance and
precise plan of design should be denied.
SECTION 2. Said application for Variance No. 572 on said
property is hereby denied.
SECTION 3. Approval of Precise Plan of Design No. 479
upon said property is also hereby denied.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall transmit a. certified copy thereof to
applicant.
Adopted and approved this 14th day of February , 1966.
