A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA DENYING A REQUEST FOR VARIANCE NO.
573 AND PRECISE PLAN OF DESIGN NO. 413, Rev. 1.
(La Berge)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. An application of Edward La Berge for a variance
for an accessory building in the required rear yard upon property located
at 1803 Danes Drive and for approval of a precise plan upon said property,
having been duly heard by the Planning Commission after proper notice,
and the Planning Commission having denied the said variance and said
precise plan of design, and the same having been appealed to the City
Council, after due notice and public hearing, the City Council finds
that the said variance and precise plan of design should both be denied.
SECTION 2. Said application for Variance No. 573 on said
property is hereby denied.
SECTION 3. Approval of Precise Plan of Design No. 413,
Revision 1, upon said property is also hereby denied.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to applicant.
