A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA AMENDING DEPARTMENT HEAD
SALARIES OF RESOLUTION NO. 1277.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. Effective as of January 1, 1966, and until an
amendment is adopted reflecting the changes approved herein, each
Department Head's monthly salary set forth in Subsection (a) of Section
6 of Resolution No. 1277 adopted January 28, 1958, as amended by
Resolution No. 3089, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Public Service Director
Monthly Salary - $1598. DHR-B (1205-1862)
Director of Finance
Monthly Salary- $1272. DHR-C (997-1380)
City Engineer
Monthly Salary - $1222. DHR-C (997-1380)
Police Chief
Monthly Salary- $1272. DHR-C (997-1380)
Fire Chief
Monthly Salary- $1272. DHR-C (997-1380)
• Recreation & Parks Director
Monthly Salary- $1155. DHR-C (997-1380)
Planning Director
Monthly Salary - $1100. DHR-C (997-1380)
Director of Building & Safety
Monthly Salary - $1036. DHR-C (997-1380)
Assistant City Engineer
Monthly Salary - $1036. DHR-C (997-1380)
SECTION 2. Section 7 of said Resolution No. 1277, adopted
January 28, 1958, is hereby amended to read as set forth in Exhibit A
attached hereto and hereby made part of this Resolution.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
