A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUMENT
AND DIRECTING THE' RECORDATION THEREOF,
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1, The interest.conve ed b th t ' y y a cer tain Instrument
executed by John R. & _ Madeline M. Fraser under date of Nov. 18.; 1965
granting to the.City of [�dest Covina the property or interest therein
Particularly dcscribe.d for ,steQt and highway purposes
to be known as Mtn Avenue
is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as that ,portion
of Lot 264 of,E.J. Baldwin's Fifth Subdivision, of a portion of Rancho La
_��n� ;ri he City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 12, Pages 134 et seq., of maps in the office of
the CQU ty Recorder of said County
SECTION 2, The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to 'execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
Instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
