A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA GRANTING UNCLASSIFIED USE PERMIT NO.
107 AND APPROVING PRECISE PLAN OF DESIGN NO. 481
(Japanese Community Center)
The City Council of the City of Wiest Covina does resolve as
• follows:
SECTION 1. An application for Unclassified Use Permit No.
107 for a community center and for approval of Precise Plan No. 481,
upon property located at 1203 West Puente Avenue, having been duly
heard by the Planning Commission after proper notice, the Planning
Commission having approved the said unclassified use permit and approval
of said precise plan, and the same having been appealed to the City
Council, after due notice and public hearing, the City Council finds
that the public welfare does require the said unclassified use permit
and that said precise plan should be approved subject to the following
conditions.
SECTION 2. The application of Japanese Community Center
for Unclassified Use Permit No. 107 and Precise Plan No. 481 relating
to said property is hereby granted and approved subject to the following
conditions, violation of which shall be grounds for the revocation of
this action:
All conditions contained in Planning Commission Resolutions
Nos. 1862 and.1863 which are hereby incorporated in and made a part of
this resolution.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to said
• applicant.
