A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
!LEST COVINA GRANTING A VARIANCE. (Variance No.
577 - Wood)
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. It is hereby found and determined that appli-
cathn for a variance to permit two non -conforming identification signs
upon the property located at 1014 West Garvey Avenue was duly made, that
a hearing thereon was duly held by the Planning Commission after legal
notice thereof, that the Planning Commission granted said variance by its
Resolution No. 1852 subject to certain conditions therein expressed, that
said action was appealed to the City Council and that the City Council has
held a hearing thereon after legal notice thereof.
SECTION 2. It is hereby found by the City Council that facts
exist.justifying the granting of said variance subject to the conditions
hereinafter set forth.
SECTION 3. A variance is hereby granted to permit the signs
applied for on the premises described in'said Resolution No. 1852, subject
to the following conditions, the violation of which shall be ground' for
revocation of this variance by the Planning Commission or City Council.
1. All the conditions contained in said Planning Commission
Resolution No. 1852 which is hereby incorporated in and made a part of
this resolution.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to applicant.
