SECTION 1, --t7HEREAS,-final map of proposed Tract No, 28897 as
heretofore been approved by this Council subject to the approv2l.of a bond to
guarantee the cost of certain improvements therein, a s follows. the con-
struction of concrete curbs and gutters, grading,, pavement., cross -gutters and
appurtenant structures, etc., as outlined on construction plan on file in the
office of the City Engineer;

BE IT FU`.F%THER RESOLVED that all such improvements required to be made in
said Tract shall be completed Within one year from the. date of said bond.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
