heretofore been approved by this Council subject to the approval of a bond to
guarantee the cost of certain improvements therein, as follows: the con-
struction of concrete curbs I and gutters, grading, pavementj cross-p.tters and
appurtenant structures, etc., as outlined or, construction plan on file in the
office of the City Engineer;
