A RESOLUTICAT OF THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING BOND TO _GUARANTEE THE COST OF CERTAIN
IMPROVE1E'NTS AND 71E TIME OF CONPLETION IN hQ;/y9. PRECISE PLAN #354
IN SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Precise Plan
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, final map of proposed/Bact No. 354 has
heretofore been approved by this Council subject to the approval of a bond to
guarantee the cost of certain improvements therein, as follows: the con-
struction of concrete curbs and gutters, grading, pavement, cross -gutters and
appurtenant structures, etc., as outlined on construction plan on file in the
office of the City Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the surety bond executed by

The Travelers IndemnityCo-Bond 41123991 , as Surety, dated
September 18 , 19 63 , for the sum of ONE THOUSAND srx
HUNDRED and no/100-----Dcllars A 1,(500) guaranteeing the improvements

of the City Engineer of said City, and as described in said bond, be and the same
is hereby approved and accepted upon the terms and conditions in said bond stated,

SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
