A RESOLUTION,OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF -
WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE CIVIL
SERVICE COMMISSION OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
TO PERFORM PERSONNEL SERVICES
The City Council of.the City of West, Covina does .resolve
as follows:
` SECTION 1.The City Council of the City of West Covina
hereby requests the Civil Service Commission'of the County of
Los Angeles to perform on behalf of said City personnel services;
all pursuant to the terms and provisions of the General Services
Agreement which said City entered into with�the County.of Los
Angeles on July 1, 1959.
SECTION 2. The payment for these personnel services
shall be in accordance with the terms and provisions of the
General Services Agreement which said City entered intowith
the County of Los Angeles on July.l, 1959.
SECTION 3. Said personnel services;i,are to be performed.
upon direction of the City Council or its designated agent.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this.resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof
to the County of.Los Angeles.'
